it is thereupon after due consideration thereof,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court as follows:
1. That said petition be and the same is hereby granted. '
2. That said administratrix be and she is hereby authorized
to sell said autotnobile to said purchaser at private sale for said price,
and empowered to execute and deliver in her name as such administratrix,
any instruments which may be necessary or proper to carry out and give
effect to this Order.
3. That said administratrix be and she is hereby authorized
t~ sell the above.described real property at private sale for SS,000.00
to WILLIAM F. McCOLLUM pursuant to the provisions and terms set torth in
said petition and this Order and is empowered to do any and all acts and
things that may be necessary to fully effectuate said sale.
