ADMINISTRATRIX DEED
THIS INDENTURE made and entered int~ this day of Jun~~
1966, between: PAULINE E. GOEBEL, an unmarried woman, individually and
as Administratrix of the estate of ELMER G. GOEBBL~ deceased~ late of
Martin County, Florida, hereinafter called grantor, and WILLIAM F.
McCOLLUM and GRACE E. McCOLLUM, husband and wife, whose post office
address is 3501 E. 7th. Avenue, Hialeah, Florida ?
hereinafter called the grantees.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS the said PAULINE E. GOEBEL is the duly appc~inted, qualified
and acting Administratrix of the estate of ELMER G. GOEBEL~ who died
intestate while a resident of Martin County, Florida, and-
WHEREAS the said PAULINE E. GOEBEL is the sister and one of the heirs
at law of the said decedent; and
WHEREAS th~ said grantor deems it expedient, necessary and for the
best interests of the estate that the property of the estate, hereinafter
describeti, be sold for the purposes of paying debts and making distrib-
ution and has petitioned the County Judge's Court in and for Martin County,
for leave to sell the said property to the grantees herein named, for
the consideration hereinafter stated,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) purchase money in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, receipt of which in accordance with the
purchase contract is hereby acknowledged~ grantor has sold and conveyed
and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
grantees, their heirs and assigns, all of that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 18 in Block 7 as shown on Plat No. 4, of BEAU RIVAGE,
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 33, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida
TOGETHER with any riparian rights thereunto appertaining
and belonging
SUBJECT to restrictions set forth in deed from Louis A. Wehle
and Elizabeth R. Wehle, his wife, to A.J. Cosmetto and Cleon
Cosmetto, dated December 18, 1956 and recorded iri~D~ed Book
222, Page 394, etc. St. Lucie County records,
SUBJECT also to Declaration of Restrictions~ Easements and
Covenants Beau Rivage Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida,
dated November 20, 1958 and recorded in Deed Book 242, Page
632, etc. St. Lucie County records; any easements for public
