That the said first parties, for and in consideration of the
sum of $L0.00 and other valuable considerations, in hand paid by
said second parties, the receipt whereof is hereby ackt~owledged,
do hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the second parties
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said first parties have in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land, situ.ete, lying and being in the Countq
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 113~.06 feet North of the Southwest

beginning; thence run West, N. 89 degrees, 15 minutes West
