line of the property conveyed by Deed in Deed Book 153, page
171, St, Lucie County Recorda; continue easterly on en exten
sion of the North line of the pro perty conveyed by said Deed
to the West shore of the Indian River; thence Southeasterly
along the said shore to a point on an extension of the South ~
Line of the prope rty conveyed by said deed; thence Westerly ;
along said extended South line to the concrete monument at ~
the intersection of the West line to Old Dixie Highway and
said Sc~uth Iine as de~cribed in said Deed; thence Northwest••

The praperty herein conveyed being a plot of land lqing ~

rights appertaining thereto, .
The grantors, LUCRETIA PITTS, joined by her husband, P. L. '

all right, t~.tle and interest that she has, or they have in
