Payment of any installment of principal or interest o~ring on this Note may be made prior to the maturity date thereof
without penalty. ~
Affirwative Coveaants. - The Undersigned oovenants and agrees that, uatil the payment in full of the moneys
owing on this Note~ the Undersigned vvill:
1~ Delivex to Payee within 45 days after the end of each fiseal annual period, a balance sheet of the Un-
dersigned as of such date and a profit a~ loss statement of the Undusigned for such fiscal period, in form satisfac-
wry to the Payee;
2. Deliver to Payce vrith ceasonable prompmess such other financial data at such times and in sach form as
Payee may request;
pay all taxes, assessments and other governmenta! charges to which the Undersigned, or the property of the
Undersig~ed, is or ahall be subject before such chuges become delinquent, e:cept that no suc6 charge need be
paid so loag as its validity or amo~mt shall be oonusted in g~ood faith by apprapriate proceedings and the Under-
sigaod shall have set up on the books of the Undersigned such reserve with respect therew as s6a11 be required by
sound accounting practices;
4. Reep all of the real and tangible pecsonal property of the Undasigned insured in such amonnts and against
such risks as may be satisfactory to the Payee or as ue oommonly ins~ued against in the,same areaa by ownas of
similar property, sad maintain in face policies of inswance, satisfactay to Payee, against liability for damage to
persons or property and uader all applicable workmen's oompensation laws.
