Mortgagor under the Agreement dated J , 1966, and located in the counties of Palm Beach, rtin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard, south nf the city of Melbourne and in the towns of Okeechobee and Sherman in Okeechobee, Florida, together with all replacements therevf; and, Together with the Mortgagor's interest in the venders (and all replacements thereof) described in Schedule A attached hereto, presently located in the warehouse of the Mortgagee; and, Together with the Mortgagor's interest in the venders = (and all replacements thereof) and flat top coolers described in Schedules B, C-1, C-2, D and E attached heret~ and located at the plaaes on said schedules respectively indicated. ~ 3~0 HAVE AND ~O HO~I.D the same together with the tene- ments, hereditaments, and appurtenances unto the said Mortgage~ and its successors and assigns, in fee simple.
