L'EASE
This Lease made this 12th day of July, A.D., 1966,
between C. W. WAMSLEY and WAMSLEY, INC. as their interest may
appear and J. M. YARBROUGH and TI~LMA E. YARBROUGH, his wife,
hereinafter referred to as Lessors and Lessees respectively.
WITNESSET H for and in consideration of the covenants here ~
in on the part of the Lessees and Lessors to be kept and per- '
formed, the Lessors do hereby lease to the Lessees the following
descr ibed property :
North 165 feet of the SW~- of the NE~- of Sect ion 6,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying West of New
~00 fobt R/W of :U.S. ~`1 as per ~~y~bl ic records of
St. Lucie County, Florida together with the personal
property therein.

TO HpVE AND TO }~DLD the same for a term of three yea~ ~
from the lst day of August, 1966, the said Lessees paying there- i

fore a monthly rent of ~125.00, beginning in payments of ~125.00
on the execution of this instrument and a like monthly installment
on or before the lst day of each succeeding month after beginning
date of the term. '
1. T his lease may be canceled by the Lessees giving 60

€ days notice to Lessors of Lessees~ intention to surrender the
premises. Upon surrender of the premises, the furniture and per-
sonal property per atLached list shall be surrendered in as good ~

condition as received by Lessees excepting ordinary wear and
tear . ~ ~

, 2. During the term of the lease, the Lesso~ shall pay the
taxes and insurance only, all other expenses arising out of the
Lessee~s operation of the motel business shall be paid by the ~
Lessees.

cond it ion as present ly ex ist ing and shal l make such improvements

-as may be necessary and des irable for the operat ion of the motel;

any and all improvements made by Lessees shall remain the property

of the Lessors in the event of a surrender of the premises.
