HomeMy WebLinkAbout1543 WITNESSETH that in considerat ion of this lease and ~'_:..00 paid by Lessees to Lessors, the Lessors hereby grant to the Lessees an option to purchase the above said real and personal property dur ing the l ife of this lease upon the fol lowing arms and cond it ions : ' A. The purchase price shall be ~18,000, free and clea•r of all liens and mortgayes. ~ ; B. The Lessees shall pay ~1,OOb at closing as a cash payment, and execute a note and mortgage for the balance due. C. The balance shall bear interest at six per cent on unpa id pr i nc i p 1 e sums . D. T he balance shall be paid in monthly installmenLs of ~125.00 per month including principle and interest. E. This option to purchase shall be exercised by Lessees~ giving notice in writing to Lessors that the Lessees have elected to exercise this option, upon receipt of said notice the Lessors shall furnish within 15 days title insurance or an abstract of title showing a good and marketable title to the above described property, Lessees shall have 15 days to examine the title and pay the ~1,000.00 cash payment to Lhe Lessors. ~ F. The transaction shall be closed under terms customary i ~ in St. Lucie County including the payment of stamps on deeds, notes and mortgages; prorations shall be made of taxes and insurance as of date of closing. ~ G. In the event the title is found to be not good or ~ marketable the Lessors shall have a reasonable time in which to c lear the t it le or Lessees may take t it le in its ex ist ing cond it io . H.
