Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pagss 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florfda.
In th3s instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the mascul;ne shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respeczive heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mort~agee.
