several conflicting public and private roedway names and designetions
which could impede the growth of the City, render r~stal, fire and
police service difPicult end adversely affect the City ~s e whole;

flicts_in seid names and designations. -

Section 1. Th~t those present street and roadway nemes or
designations, es set forth on the attachment hereto marked "Schedule"
and by reference hereto is made a pert hereof as though fully set
