AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN UNOPENED
ALLEYS SITUATE IN AREAS ZONED FOR RESIDENTIA L USE AND
PROVIDING FOR A RESERVATION OF UTILITY EASENENTS TO THE
CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLCRIDA, OVER :+ND UPON THE ENTIRE
WIDTH OF StiID DESCRIBED ~LLEYS: P~OVIDING FOR TNE
EFFECTIVE DtiTE THEREOF.
BE rT ORDAINED BY THE P~ PLE OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE:
SECTION 1. Each and all of those certain unopened al leqs, as
per description thereof annexed hereto and thereby ma3e a part-he~~caf
as though fully set forth herein, marked "3checule of :lleys", be
and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, with t he City
of Fort l'ierce hereby saving and reserving unto itself a utility
easement for all utility purposes over and upon said l~nds and alley-
ways. .
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective uFon final
passage.
