1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc~oessors or atssigns, shccll notify '
the undersigned in writing at the address indiarted betow (or at such other address as may be desig- ~
nated by the undersigned from time to time) ihctt the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state of ~
appe~cmoe cmd repmr consistent with the general appear~oe cmd stc~te o1 reptrir ol other properties ~
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repcrirs, maintencmce,
etc., set forth in scad notice within 15 days after receipt ot same. ;

2. If the undersigned sha11 fadl or refuse to accomplish the required repcriz~s or mcuntenanve,
etc., wiihin the prescribed time, GINERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPO~ATION, its suooessors or assigns, ~
acting by and through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the pur~ose of doing
the necess~y wor]~. Provided, however, ihat such woric shall be limited to lawn cmd ycvd mcuntenance ~
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appecaance, and to painting cuid minoz repmrs to the exterior of 1
t:~e building or buildings, situated on the premises in arder to prevent cm unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to any costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, in bringing ahout cmd accomplish;ng the work referred to in the notice, the under- '
signed agrees to make payment thereof within 1Q days efter demcmd. Provided, however, that demcmd
~or payment shall not exce~d actual eosts or expenses incurred.
4. In ths event that the undersigned shall fail or retuse to make payment of the actual costs or ~t
expenses incurred, then, ~d in tl:at event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPC~RATION, its suc- ~
cessors or e~ssigns, may undertake collection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pcYy ~
hereunder, together with all eosts of collection inctuding a reasonnble attomey's fee. GENERAL ;
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies presczibed by Fl~rida Iaw, give
notice that it has aequired a lien agmnsf the subject property for saud a¢nount ~d mary file a Notice
