That the said parties of the first part, for and in considera-

CONSIDTRATION to it in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, Uar-
gained and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the follo~eing described land situate, lying and
being in County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:
I,ot 18, Block 63, of INDIAN ftIVER ESTATTS, Unit 8, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 13, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This deed is executed subject to restrictions, reservations and
easements of record and taxes for the year 1966.
