THIS AG~~~T, made and entered into this 28th day of June,

1966~,~-~ ~i~~~ MTLDRED C. SOTf~RN, Party of the First Part,
and WALTER H. SETTLE, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESS that WHBREAS, there is a mortgage against the follow-
ing described property
Lot 12, Block 2, of Hibiscus Park, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 8 at page 43 of the Public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
which property is now owned by MILDRED C. SOTHERN, '
IT IS AGREED: 1. T'hat the Party of the Second Part~will advance
to the Party of the First Part the sum of $4,100 to pay the said
mortgage now on the said property hereinbefore described;
2. That this loan shall not be due and payable unless the
Party of the First Part sells the above described property, or
moves.from the said described property, or should depart this life.
In that case, the $4,100 this day advanced shall be paid to the said
WALTER H. SETTLE by the Estate of MILDRED C. SOT~RN.
3. In the event the Party of the Second Part has departed
this life when the Party of the First Part sells the above described
property, or moves from the said described property, or should
depart this life, the the $4,100 this day advanced shall be due
and payable to the heirs of the said WALTER SETTLE;
4. Tf~e sum of $4,100 this day advanced shall not bear any
, interest as long as the Party of the First Part occupies the premises.
