Florida~on May 5, 1950 given to secure the principal sum
of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED ($1,800.00) Dollars and cover-
. ing property in~said mortgage described, which said mortgage
was assigned to the COLONIAL TRUST COMPANY by assignment
dated May 25, 1950 and recorded in Assignment Book 7, page ~
