From the intersection of the West line of the 120 foot wide easement
and the North line o£ Block 19; the same as shown on the aforesaid plant,
run Westerly along the said North line of Block 19, a distance of 1620
feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Westerly along the North
line of Block 19 a distance of 1620 feet; thence Southerly along the
centerline of a sub-lateral ditch a distance of 1227.62 feet to the
centerline of Lateral No. 9, the same as shown on the aforesaid glat;
thence Easterly along the centerline of aforesaid Lateral No. 9 a distance
of 1620 feet, to a point where Lateral No. 9 intersects a sub-lateral
