Together With all buildings, improvements, fi~ctures or
appurtenences now or hereafter erected thereon or pleced there-
in, including sll apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles,
whsther in single units or centrall~t controlled, used to sup-
ply heat, gea, air conditioning, weter, light, poWer, refrig-
eration, ventile~ ion or other services, and any other thing
; now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of r~rhich
