successors or assigns, to execute and deliver such rece_~,ts,
releases and other writings as shall be requisite to accom- ~
plish such adjustment, compromise, arbitration, appraisement ~

6. That this mortgage is a second
mortgage and in addition to one (1) existing mortgage from the
said Mortgagor to the said Mortgagee, said first mortgage
being recorded in Official Records Book 88, page 9, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the initial sum of
$400,000.00: That as a covenant to the Mortgagee, the Mortgagor
agrees that in the event of default in the payment of any payments
on this rnortgage or said first mortgage above referred to, or upon
the default of any of the covenants contained in this mortgage
and the first mortgage above referred to that said default will
act as a default in both mortgages, the said entire aggreqate

sums mentioned in this mortgage and in said promissory note for ~
which this mortgage is given for security, and the entire aggregate
sum mentioned in the first mortgage above referred to and the said
promissory note for which said first mortgage was given as security, ~

then remaining unpaid as to the two promissory notes, with interest
~
accrued, shall become due and payable forthwith thereafter at the
option of the Mortgagee, its successors, or assigns, as fully and
completely as if said aggregate sum of both promissory notes and
- mortgages as above referred to and accrued interest were originally
stipulated to be paid on such day, ariything in said promissory
notes herein, to the contrary, notwithstanding.
7. It is further covenanted and

agreed by said parties that in the event of a suit being in- ?
stituted to foreclose this mortgage, and the said mortgages
referred to in Paragraph 6 above, the Mortgagee, its successors, ;

or assigns, shall be entitled to apply at any time pending such ~

foreclosure suit to the Court having jurisdiction thereof for r

property, and of all the rents, income, profits, issues and
