the petition of the parties of the First part, the Honorable ~

• J. M. Sample, County Judge in and for said county, granted to ~
the parties of the first part leave to distribute the below
described property in accordance with the will oF Anna M. Balsam,
~ deceased.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing Order of
Distribution the parties of the first part have conveyed and do
hereby convey unto the said FRED W. BAISAM, JR., WILLIAM ALBERT ~

BALSAM and ANN MARGARET BALSAM ANDREWS, their heirs and assigns, ~
all that tract or parcel of land situ ated in the County of St. ~
Lucie and State of Florida, and more particularly described as
