THI$TEENTH BIIPPL~ENTAI. INDENTUBE, dated as of
July 1, 1966, made by and between FLORIDA (~AS TRANSMISSION
CO1~iPANY (formerly named Honston Tegas Qas and Oil Corporation,
said name being herein called Honaton a DelaWare corporation
( herein called the Company"), party of the first part, and BANgE88
TBIIST COI1iPANY, a New York corporation, as trustee (herein
called the "Trustee") nuder the reapective biortgages and Deeds of
Trnst, as heretofore or hereafter amended, anpplemented, reatated and
consolidated, referred to below (herein called the `~Indentnre"), party
of the second part, and BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL BANg OF
J.ACSSONVILLE (formerlp named The Barnett Nationai Bank of
Jackaonville), a national banking association, as co•trnatee under said
reapective Mortgages and Deeds of Trnst of Houston and of Coastal
Transmission Corporation (merged into the Company and herein called
~~Coastal"), as heretofore or hereafter smended, snpplemented, re-
stated and consolidated (herein called the ~•Florida Co-Trnstee"),
party of the third part (the Trnatee and the Florida Co-Trnstee being
herein together called the Trustees") ;
W~sasa, the Companp has outstancling two aeriea of its First
Mortgage Pipe Line Bonds, namelp, its 5~,/2 y'o Series due Jnly 1, 1979
(herein called the "Bonds of the 1979 $eries") and its 5~4qo Series
dne Jannary 1, 1982 (herein called the "Bonds of the 1982 Seriea"),
nnder its Indentnre, eonsisting of said reapective Mortgages and
Deeds of Trnst, dated as of Jannary 1, 1959, as heretofore amended,
snpplemented, restated and consolidated by certain Snpplemental In-
dentnres, dated as of certain dates and otherwise identified as follows
(First throngh Seventh each being separate Snpplemental Indentures
of Honston and Coastal) : ~
