maintenance and operation of said pipe lines, (b) all franchises,
privileges, permits, grants, licenses and consents of or to the Company
covering operations for the laying, m~intenance and operation of said
pipe lines in, on, over, under or along lands, streets, roads, highways,
railroads, rivers, canals, ditches, bridges, national forests, public
grounds or strnctnres or elsewhere, and all rights incident thereto, and
(c) all bnildings, stations, plants, stractnres, headers, equipment,
machinery, appliances, systems and lines and appurtenancea of every
ldnd or natnre whatsoever forming or to form a part of said pipe lines
or used ar for nse in connection therewith, inclnding, bnt not limited to,
all fittings, val~es, connections, cathodic or electrical protection units,
by-passes, regnlators, drips, compressor, regnlator, comuinnication
and dehydration equipment and facilities, and metera and measuring
stations.
Withont in any manner limiting the generality of the description
~ of snrface leases, snrface righta, rights-of-way, servitudes, easements,
' permits and grants set ont in this Subdivision B, all of the surface
; leases, surface rights, rights-of-way, servitndes, easementa, permits
and grants identified, described, and tabnlated in Eahibit '`B" of
~rticle 7' hereof, are hereby inclnded or shall be deemed to be inclnded
~ as forming a part of snch description and in amplification thereof, to
wluch instrnments and references made therein, reference ia hereby
made for a fnll and complete description of said snrface leases, snrface
rights, rights-of-way, servitudes, easements, permits and grants, to the
same eatent and with the same effect as if said instrnments and refer-
ences tberein were set forth in fnll herein.
Withont in any manner limiting the generality of the description
of franchises, privileges, permits, grants, licenses and consenta set
ont in this Subdivision B, all of the franchises, privileges, permits,
grants, licenses and consents identified, described and tabnlated in
Eghibit ~`C" of drticle 7 hereof, are hereby inclnded or shall be deemed
to be inclnded as forming a part of sneh description and in ampliSca-
• tion thereof, to which instrnments and the referencea made therein
