Together with all the right, title and interest of the Company now
owned or hereafter acqnired in and to all and singalar lands, real

easementa, servitndes, transportation systems, distribnting systema,
gathering syatems, pipe lines, pipe line eqnipment, pipes, stations, snb-
stations, meters, meter honaea, regnlators and regnlator honses, tanka,
~ gates, compressors, compressor engines, compressor stationa, telephone
and telegraph linea, electria power li.nea, poles, wires, anziliary eqnip-
ment, casings, oil or gas wells, oil or gas well eqnipment, valves, oil
or gas lease equipment, bridge licenses and bridge rights, franchises,
permits, privileges, grants, Ieases, consents, licenses and patent rights,
and also all plants, bnildi.ngs and atrnctnres, with their fiztnres and
appurtenances, and all machinery, mechanical eqnipment, electrical
eqnipment, and machine ahops, now owned or hereafter constrneted
or aoqnired, of whatever character and wherever sitnated, all of wluch
are to be considered as part and parcel of the real estate eovered
hereby and all of wluch, together with snch real estate, are to be
considered and dealt with as a whole, snd all of which movable prop-
erty located within the State of Lonisiana is hereby declared immovable
by destination.
