drticle 7' hereof, or which the Company assigns to, pledges and mor~
gages, or is required by the terms of the Indenture or any inden-
tnre supplemental thereto to assign to, pledge and mortgage, nnder
the Indenture with tLe Trustee, and under, in and to all revisions,
alterations, modiScations, amendments, changes, eatensions or renew-
als of or replacements for all of the foregoing which are hereafter
entered into, the Company, Lowever, remaining liable to observe and
perform all the conditions and covenants in said contracts and agree-
ments provided to be observed and performed by it. Copies of the
contracts and agreements desoribed in said Eahibit D", certified by
the Secretary or an Assistant $ecretary of the Company, to be trne
' copies of the originals tLereof, have been lodged with the Trustee
simnltaneously with the eaecution hereof.
Subjeet to the provisions of ~rticle 13 of the Indenture, all right,
title and interest of the Company under, in and to all contracts and
agreements providing for the sale, delivery or eachange by the Com-
pany of natnral gas or for the pnrchase or tranaportation by the
Company of natural gas, hereafter entered into by the Company, which
the Company ia reqnired by ~?.02 of the Indentnre to assign to and
pledge and mortgage with ~the Trnstee nnder the Indentnre.

Together wif,h all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appnrtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to the aforesaid
~ property or any part thereof, with the reversion and reversions,
remainder and remaindera, and, snbjecE to the provisions of .dr~icles
and 8 of the Indentnre, the tolls, rents, revennea, iasnes, eaminge, in-
come, prodncta and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, in-
tereat and claim whatsoever, at law as well as in eqnity, which the Com-
pany now has or may hereafter acqnire in and to the aforesaid property
and every part and parcel thereof.
