mental Indentnre and the eatate and rights hereby g?ranted shall cease,
detsrmine and be void, otharwise to remain in fnll force and effect;

issned, anthenticated and delivered, and that all the Trast Estate
is to be held and applied, anbject to the further covenants, conditions,

and its snecesaors, does herebp covenant and ag?ree to and with the
Trnstee (and where applicable to Flarida Property, with the Trnstees)
and its snccesaors in said trast, for the benefit of those who ahall
hold the Bonde and conpons, or any of them, aa followe :

~ 2.01, dmendment of ~ 1.01 of the Inde~nture. ~ 1.01 of the
Indentare is hereby amended by adding at the end of the definition of
the term ~~Property Additiona following Lhe paragraph stating the
variona items not inclnded therein, the following:
"Notwithatanding the provisions contained in the above three
paragraphs with reapect to the definition of the term `Property
ddditions', Prnperty Additions ahall inalnde the property com-
prising compressor atation No. 17, inclnded in the 85,000 hiCF
.Additional Capacity as defined in the Thirteenth Snpplemental
Indentnre hereto, constrncted by the Gompany on land situated in
the Ocala National Forest in Florida held by the Company nnder
permit from the IInited Statea (~overnment; provided that (i) the
Company has the lawfnl right under anch permit to maintain snd
operate snch property for an nnlimited, indeterminate or indefinite
period of time or for the period, if any, apecified in anch permit,
and to remove anch property at the eapiration of the period
covered by anch permit, and (ii) snch permit is good and valid".
~ 1.02. Amendmenf of ~ 2.03 of the Inder.ture. (a) Snbdivision
(s) of ~ 2.03 of the Indentnre is hereby umeaded by adding at the end
