thereof the following words :'`and so long as any Bonde of the 1986
Series, designated as First Mortgage Pipe Line Bonds, 6 Jo Series,
dne November 1, 1986 (herein called the "Bonde of the 1986 8eries")
are Ontstanding, no Bonds of any other aeries ahall have a matnrity
(ezcept serial matnrities other than the last serial matnrity) earlier
than November 1,1986".
(b) Subdivision (j) of ~ 2.03 of the Indentnre is hereby amended
by inserting in the proviso therein the worda "or any Bonds of the
1986 Series" after the worda "or any Bonda of the 1982 Seriea", and
~ by inserting therein the worda or ~ the perc~ntage .of. the aggregate
principal amonnt of Bonds of the 1986 Series" after the worda "or the
~ percentage of the aggregate principal amonnt of Bonds of the 1982
Seriea". ~
~ 1.03. ~mendment of ~ 4.03 of the Indenture. (a) Paragraph
' (zvi) of 4 4.03(a) of the Indentnre is hereby amended by adding the
following at the end thereof :
ezcept that in the case of compreasor atation No. 17 in the
Ocala National Forest in Florida, referred to in the proviso in
the paragraph added by the Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture
hereto to the paragraphs in ~ 1.01 of this Indenture veith respect
to the deSnition of the term ~Property Additions', (i) the Company
has the lawfnl right nnder permit from the IInited States Govern-
ment covering the land upon which such station is located, to
maintain and operate the property comprising said atation for
an nnlimited, indeterminate or indefinite period of time or for
_ the period, if any, specified in such permit, and to remove snch
' property at the eapiration of the period covered by anch permit,
and (ii) snch permit is good and valid.
(b) Paragraph (u) of ~ 4.03(e) of the Indentnre is hereby amended
by inserting (inclnding, althongh not a similar structure, compressor
atation No.17 sitnated in the Ocala National Forest in Florida)" after
"other similar strnctnrea".
~ 1.04. dmendment of ~ 4.06 of the Indenture. ~ 4.06 of the In-
denture is hereby amended by deleting in the portion of Snbdivision
(b) thereof which precedes paragraph (i), the worde:
