the 1986 Seriea" after the words'~and 66~sq'o in pri.ncipal amonnt of
the Bonds of the 1982 $eriea
(b) 8nixiivision (d) of ~ 7.02 of the Indentnre is hereby amended
by inserting the worda "and 66~y~o of the aggregats principal amonnt
of the B~egistered Bonds of the 1986 Seriea" after the words and
66~9'0 of the aggregate principal amount of the Begistered Bonds of
the 1982 ~Seriea

dentnre is hereby amended by inserting the words "and 25q'o in principal

and by inaerting the worde ~`and 5096 in principal amonnt of the Bondra
of the 1986 ~eries" after the words "and 50 Jo in principal amount of
