be ezec3nted, anthenticated and delivered in accordance with tbe pro-
visiona of ~ 4.03 or ~ 4.04 of the Indentnre, shall have the terms and
provisiona set forth in this Article .2, and shall in all respects be Bnb- .
ject to all of the ternoa, condition$ and covenants of tLe Indentnre, as
snpplemented and modified by thia Supplemental Indentnre ; provided,
however, that no Bonda of the 1986 Series shall be anthenticated and
delivered pnrsuant to ~ 4.04 of tLe Indentnre unlesa the Company shall
have elected in aocordance with ~ 4.04(b) of the Indentnre to withdraw
the eash depoaited with tLe Trnstee at the time of anch authentication
end delivery only in accordance with ~ 9.o4(a) of the Indentnre. The
Bonde of the 1986 Series and the certificate of anthentication to be
