4 2.02. Date of maturity and interest rate. All Bonds of the
1986 Series shall be Fally Begistered Bonde and ehall be dated as
provided in ~ a.o7 of the Indentnre. All Bonde of the I986 Seriea shall
nnatnre on November 1,1986 and shall bear intereat as prooided therein ~
at the rate of 6 Jo per annnm, payable semi-annually on the first days ~
of May and November in each year, nntil payment of the principal
thereof becomes dne, $nd at the rate of 6g'o per annnm on any overdne
principal and (to the eatent legally enforceable) on any overdue install-
ment of interest. Interest shall accrae and be payable in respeet of any
Bond of the 1986 Seriea from the date of sncli Bond, ezcept as otherwise
_ provided in ~ a.09 or 4,211 of the Indentnre. The Bonds of the 1986 I
Series shall be payable as to principal, interest and premium, if any,
at the agencp of the Company for that pnrpose in the Borongh of
~ianhsttan, The City of New York.

er. The Bonds of ~
the 1986 Seriea s1~a11 be Fnlly Regiatered Bonde of the denominations
of $1,000 or any mnltiplo thereof, bearing appropriate serial nnmbers.
So long as Bonds of the 1986 Series are Ontstanding the Company
shall maintain an agency in t3ie Borough of Manhattan, The City of
New York, for the registration and transfer of Bonda npon payment
of charges and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in drticle 2
of the Indentnre.
~ 2.04. Manner of redemption; partaal redem,ption payments.
The Bonds vf the 1986 Series shall be redeemable at such time or times,
nnder such circumstancea, at snch redempLion prices, and either as
