Bonda of the 1986 Series are Ontatanding, the Company shall file~ with ~
the Traetes dnring the 30-day periai ending on May 15, 1967, and '
dnring the 30-day period ending on May 15 of each year thereafter, ~

Company ahall, in writing, advise all holders of Begiatered Bonds of a
the 1986 seriee and the Trnstee of the name of the Independent Engi- _
neer whose Certificate is prnpoaed to be Sled, speaifying the capacities, ;
if any, in wLich enc:h Engineer has theretofore been retained by the ;
Company or any Affiliate of the Campany, and the Certificate so re- '
qnired to be filed ehall be the Certificate of such Engineer wiless the
holders of a majority in principal amonnt of snch Bonds shall, by
written notice delivered to the Company within 30 days after the
mailing of snch advice by the Company, designate two other Independ-
ent Engineers, in whicih event the Certificate to be filed ahall be the -
Certificate of the Engineer aelected by the Company from the two so
designated by snch holdera of Bondg The Company shall deliver to
the Trnatee, promptly after receipt thereof, a copy of each notice ,
received by it wherein the holders of Bonds designated Independent
Engineera pnrsnant to the nezt preceding aentence of this ~ 2.09(aJ.
