such Certificate, are schednled, as provided in ~ a.o8(a) hereof, to be
redeemed anbseqnent to the date when snch CertiBcate is Sled and np to
and inclnding the sinking fnnd redemption date immediately precc~ding
the Terminal Date under snch Certificate, the aggregate principal
amount of Bonda of the 1986 Series which are schednled to be so re-
deemed, shall be increased f,o an amownt eqnal to the principal amonnt of
Bonds of the 1986 Seriea which are, at the date of filing snch Certificate,
Outstanding (inclnding in snch fsrm for thie pnrpose Bonds of anch
Series which are not Ontstanding solely by reason of the provieions of
clause (d) of the deSnition of the term "~Onfistanding"). The aggre-
gate increase as so determined shall be allocated eqnally, ae nearly as
may be in multiples of $1,000, to the principal amounta echeduled to be
- redeemed on the respective sin~ng fnnd redemption dates wluch follow
the date of filing anch Certificate np to and inclnding the sinlung fnnd
~ redemption date immediately preceding the Terminal Date.

~ than the Terminal Date nnder the nezt preceding 1986 Certiftcate of GFas
' Supply nsed as the basis for revising the schedale of sinking fnnd
~ redemptiona, and if the aggregate principal amonnt of Bonds of the
; 1986 Series at the time Ontatanding (incinding in $nch term for thia
~ pnrpose Bonds of snch Seriea which are not Ontstandi.ng solely by
~ reason of the provisions of dause (d) of the definition of the term
"Oatstanding") is greater than the aggregate principal amount of
' Bonds of said Seriea which, at the time of filing of snch Certificate,
