(f ) Notice to Tsustee and Boridhoiders of revised achedule of sink- ~
ing fund redemptions. Tf the scLedule of sinking fund redemptions ahall I
be reqnired at any time to be revised as provided in this ~.8.09, the
Company ahall promptly file with the Trnstee an Officers' CertiScate
setting forth t~he reviaed sohednle, and, within a reasonable time after
receipt of snch Officers' Certificate, the Truetee aLall mail a copy thereof
to each holder of any Begistered Bond of the 1986 Series then Ont-
etanding.
(g) Definitioris of certain terms. For the pnrposee of ttus Snpple-
mental Indentnre the terma deSned in this subdivisiox (g) ahall have
the meaninge herein specified and, ezcept aa otherwiee ezpreealy pro-
vided herein, terme nsed in eaid 8ubdivisiow which are defined in
drticle 1 of the Indentnre shall bave the meaninga therein epecified,
; nnleas the contezt otherwise apecifies or reqnirea :
~ The term "198s Certificate of Qas Supply" shall mean an Inde-
pendent Eagineer'e Certi.ficate (a) atating that, in tbe opinion of the
aigner thereof, the Date of Eahanstion of Available (~aa Sapply will
~ be a date not earlier than November 1,1988 or will be a epecified date
earlier than November 1,1988, (b) etating, (i) in the case of a 1986 Cer-
tificate of (~Sae &npply ffied on or before May 15,1973, that, in the opinion
of the eigner thereof, the Date of Ezhanstion of Firm Q as $npply will
be a date not earlier than Map 1, 1976 or will be a specified date
earlier than May 1, 1976, or (ii) in the csae of a 1986 Certificate of
GFae Bnpply filed after May 15, 1973 and on or prior to May 15, 1981,
that, in the opinion of the signer thereof, the Date of Ezhanation of ,
, Firm (~as Bnpply will be a date not earlier than the $fth anniversary
of the date of determination epecified therein pnrsnsnt to ciause (c) of
this paragraph or will be a specified date earlier than anch anniversary
date, and that the Secondary Date of Ezhanstion of Firm (~sa 8npply
