MCF Additional Capaoity prior to December 1, 1966 or within anah ~
fnrther period as ahall eqnal the delays, if any, in snch completion ~

the 85,000 MCF Additional Capacity. The Company, at the completion
of the 85,000 MCF Additional Capacity, will have adeqnate wor~cing `

capital for the operation of the Pipe Line Syetem to the eatent then
oompleted. '

The Company will, on the earlier of December 1,1966 or the date of ~
completion of fhe 85,000 MCF Additional Capacity, deliver to the Trns- ~
tee an Officers' Certificate sfsting that the 85,000 MCF Additional Ca-
pacity has been completed or, if it has not been completed, stating in ~
~ reasonable detail the reasons for snch failnre to complete and the
fnrther period neceseary for snch completion
The term "86,000 MCF dddifional Capacity" shall mean the prop-
erty and faeilitiea proposed to be pnrchased, conatracted, owned and
operated. by the Company and necessary solely for the purpose of
increaeing the Operating Capacity of tl~e Pipe Lines and the properties
and facilities appnrtenant thereto, in the case of Houaton, from 360,890
to 446,485, and in the case of Coastal, from 358,610 to 448,80U, MCF of
natnral gsa per day, at 14.65 ponnds per sqnare inch absolnte and 60°
Fahrenheit, deliverable at points on the Pipe Line Syatem and in qnan-
tities complyi.ng with the reqnirementa of the Traneportation Agree-
menta and the gas purcbase, gas ssles and gas traneportation contracts
of the Company then in effect, constitating the projeat and facilities
anthorized by the Certificate of Pnblic Convenience and Necesaity
granted to tl~e Company by the Federal Power Comtnission in its Order,
dated Jnne 8, 1965, in Docket No. CP 65-165, all sabstantially as
described in the 85,000 MCF Report (as defined in ~ 3.02 hereof).
(b) To cause available fu»ds to be appiied to redemption of Bonds
of the 198s 3eriea if 85,000 MCF ddditioxai Capacity not compieted.
