own free and volnntary sct and deed, for the nses, pnrposea and con- '
siderations therein set forth; and that the seal a~zed to said instrn-
ment is the corporate seal of said corporation and that said instra-
ment was eaecuted, signed, sealed and delivered in behalf of said
corporation by anthority of its Board of Directora, and acknowledged
said instrament to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
