On this day first appeared before me ANGUS SUMNER, who
being by me first duly sworn says that he is one of the grantees
in a deed of conveyance dated April 12, 1957 from Alfonso Jenkins
to Angus Sumner arid S.E. Sumner, his wife, covering the follow-
ing property, to wit:
Lot 1, High Side Subdivision, in the City of
Fort Pierce, as per plat recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 42, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
and is recorded in Deed Book 226, Page 549 of the public records t

Affiant further says that this was a sale and that the said
deed was not given for security.
