AT VERO BEACH, a United States banking corporation, the owner
and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by B. L. HOLMAN
and DOItA BELLE HOIMAN, his wife, to PHILLIPS MOORE and MARGARET
E. MOORE, his wife, bearing date the 22nd day oI January, A. D. '
1963, recorded in Official Record Book 55, page 261, in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of
SEVF~ITY-NINE THOUSAND and T~VENTY-THREE DOLLARS ($79,023.00), and

certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, {
upon the property situate in said State and County described as
