(b) On June 30, 1971 the contractual rights and obligations of the partiea as set forth in this paragraph 1 shall cease~ ter~inate and be of no further force or ; effect. (c) The purchaser shail pay General, its successors or assigns, withia t~venty (20) days after mailing by General of Mritten notice of the amount of coat or expense incurred by it in accomplishing the Mork required by the notice to repair ' and maintain; provided, further, that the amount of money set forth in the notice ~ of payment due shal! iaclude an alla+rance for overhead not to exceed 15% of the actual out-of-pocket cost or expense incurred. 3. In the event the purchaser shall fail or refuse to make payaient of any ~ sum of money owing to Generai, ~rithin taenty (20) days after the mailing by General of written notification of such payinent being due, interest shall accrue on the un- ; paid amount at the maximum lega2 rate of interest in the State of Florida, and General, y its successors or assigns,eaay undertake collection of the sum Which the purchaser i is obligated to pay hereunder, together rrith all costs of collection, including a ~ reasonable attorney's fee. General, its successors or assigns, in addition to other - remedies prescribed by Plorida laK, may give notice to third parties that it has - acquired a lien against the property for said amount by filing a Notice of Lien among : the Public Records of St. Lucie County, which lien may be foreclosed at any time by . the procedure specified for the foreclosure of inechanics• or statutory liens by the laas of Plorida. 4. Any notict required to be given hereunder shall be deemed sufficiently given if sent by registered or certified maii, addressed to General at 2828 Coral W3y, Mia~i, Piorida, and addressed to the purchaser at the address presently sho~?n on the ' records of General to be the address of the purchaser, or at such later address or addresses as General of the purchaser may hereafter designate in writing to the other.
