. NOTICE -
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEh~TS THAT:
The undersigned have entered into a certain "Agree- `
msn~" with THE CITY NATIONAL SANK Ar~D TRUST COMPANY~OF KANSAS
CITY, therein called "Bank", and GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF
AMERICA, therein called "Surety" , dated the ~_D day of July,
1966, by the terms of which the undersigned have, for good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which are hereby acknawledged, executed and•placed in escraw
absolute deeds of conveyance to ~xustees named by said Bank
and Surety, all on the terms, conditions and provisions in
said "Agreement" set forth, which said "Agreement" is hereby
referred to for a full recital of its said terms, conditions
and provisions, the same being by this reference incor,porated
herein.
Among the tracts of real estate concerned in the
said "Agreement" and with respect to which absolute deeds of
conveyance have been executed and placed in escrow as afore-
said, is the property, the legal description of which appears

on Exhibit A, which is physically annexed hereto and which is
by this reference incorporated herein. •
