2. In order more fully to pmtect the security ot this mortgage, the Mortgagor, together with, and in addi- i

each month until the said note is fully paid, will pay to the biortgagee as truatee (under the Lerms of thia
trust as hereinafter stated) the following sums: ~

(b) The aggregste of the amounta payable pursuant to subparagrsph (s) and tho~e payable on the note ~
