HomeMy WebLinkAbout2456 . ~ . i shall cease until such time as the premises shall be put in com- plete repair, Lessor agreeing, however, that in the event the premises are not placed in the same condition as before said damage by fire, the elements, external violence, earthquake, flood or other casualty, within sixty (60) days after such damage, Lessee may, at its option, at any time after the expiration of said sixty (6U) days and prior to such date as the premises are placed in the same condition as before said damage, terminate this Lease by written notice that it elects to terminate it, and this Lease shall then terminate and end, ( 3 In case of the total destruction of the premises by fire or otherwise, the rents shall be paid up to the time of such de- struction, and this Lease shall then terminate and end at the option of the Lessee, In the event that the building including the demised premises shall be declared unsafe by any governmental body or ~ authority having jurisdiction, the demised premises shall be re- ~ ! I'~ paired and restored forthwith by Lessor at Lessor's expense, and ' ~ ~ ~ a just proportion of the rent hereinbefore reserved shall be abated ~ ~ ~ until the demised premises shall have been put in safe and proper ~ . ~ condition for use and occupation.
