interest as-$tated therein, and to comply with all th~ terms of said obligation,
and to pay all expenses of collection thereof including a reasonable attorney~s
fee.
In the eveYrt of the failure or refusal of the mortgagor or his heirs,
legal representatives or assigns to pay this mortgage and the obligation
secured thereby, principal and interest, or of the i,reach or nonperform-
ance of any of the covenants or provisions of this mortgage, then the mort-
gagee, its legal representatives or assigns may and is hereby authorized to
take immediate possession of said above described livestock and sell the
same at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at the caurthouse in Saint -
Lucie County, Florida, after;
giving fifteen days notice thereof, as provided
by law, and the proceeds of such sale shall be applied, first tb the cost of
making such sale and then the payment of the amouut of principal, interest
and attorney's fees due upon said obligation and the remainder of the proceeds,
if any, shall be paid to the mortgagor or his legal representatives or assigns.
Mortgagor covenants and agrees not to remove aay of the above

described livestock from Saint Lucie Gounty nor sell the same without first
acquiring mortgagee's written consent and in the eveut of an~r violation of
this provision, the obligation secured hereby shall, at the option of the mort-
gagee, become immediately due and payable and mortgagee shall have the ~
right to immediately take possession of the above described livestock and
` shall otherwise be entitled to all remedies provided by law.
