which is recorded in Deed Book 186, Page 85. Said oil, gas and
mineral lease was duly assigned to The Texas Company on Auqust ,
26, 1953 and recorded November 12, 1953, in Deed Book 186, Page
73 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. This
oi1, gas and mineral lease is for a term of ten (10) years or
as lonq thereafter as oil, qas, distillate, aulphor or other
minerals are produced thereunder or any operation ia conducted
and any paymexit i s made . ~
Affiant further states that there has not been a~ciy oil,
