Before the undersigned, an officer duly commissioned by
the laws of Florida, on this 27th day of July, 1966, personally
appeared WILMA WILLIAMS, who, having been first duly sworn, de- ~

poses and says:
That affiant is the unremarried widow and surviving spouse

of HORAC$ V. FTILLIAMS, who died on or about Septesnber 20, 1963,
while he was a resident and citizen of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and that the said Horace V. Williams left surviving him four ~
children, to wit: H. V. Williams, Denny Williams, Linda Dalores
Williams, and Jeffery Wayne Williams; that the petition for pro-

bate of the Will of Horace V. Williams which was filed and re-
corded on October 28, 1963, in O.P.R. 20, pages 194 and 195 in
; Case No. 1811 in the County Judge`s Court for St. Lucie County,
!
~ Florida, erroneously stated that the said Aorace V. Williams t

~ was survived by Vernon L. Williatas, Paige Williams and Edwinna
Korpi as his said children; that the said Vernon L. Williams,
Paige Williams and Edwinna Korpi are the children of your affiant
herein, Wilma Williams, and are not the children of affiant's
- deceased spouse, Horace V. Williams.
