MNBTIN GILBBRT flOROWITZ and ALFRBD JEFFR$Y HOROWITZ, minors, and

3PSNGBR B. GILBERT and BRNSSTINS S. GILBERT, his wife, as parties
of the first part and ST. LUCIB GQUNTY, P. 0, BOX 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as party of the second part.
WZTNESSBTH:
That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the
aum of One Dollar ($1.00~ and otiher valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant to the party
of the second part, it's'snccessors and assigns, an easement to lsy
, and maintain an underground drainage pipe through and across the
following deacribed land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The South 15 feet of the East 10 feet of
Lot 3t Block 1 of W. T. JONES SUBDIVISION
as recorded in Plat Book 2, at page 5 of
the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida .
It is expressly understood and agreed between the parties
hereto that the parties of the first part, their heirs, successors
and assigns, shall incur no liability or cost whatsoever in the
laying or maintenance of the underground drainage pipe ss above
set foxth and that all surface damage shall be restored by the
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, at no cost
to the parties of the first part; and that the parties of the ~
first part, their heirs, successors and assigns, shall have ths
right to cancel this easement upon giving the party of the second
part sixty (60) days' written notice of such cancellation; and
that removal of the subject uaderground drainage pipe shall be
$olely at the cost of the party of the second part, its successors
