West right of way line a distance of 291.48 feet to a point;
thence run West and on a line parallel to the aforesaid quarter-
quarter line a distance of.219.82 feet; thence run Southeasterly
on a line parallel to the aforesaid West right of way of State
Road ~5, a distance of 291.48 feet to the point of beginning,
all of the above being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
