appeared 3TANL$Y A. SHANK and AMELIA O. SHANK, his wife, who being
firat duly sworn, under oath depose and say that affiants recog-
nize and maintain as their permanent domicile and predominant and
principal home the State of Maryland, and intend to permanently
continue and maintain their domicile in the said State of Maryland.
Affiants further declare they are actual bona fide and legal resi-
dents of the State of Maryland, although maintaining a place of
abode in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, and the following act done or performed by affiants with-
in the State of Florida are not intended or desired by affiants
to be construed as°evidencing any intention to eatablish their ~
domicile within the State of Florida: Filing of Declaration of
~ Dotaicile and Citizenship with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida on the lOth day of June, 1966, same being
