after date at the rate of seven per cent per annwa until paid.

curred in the collection of this note or any part thereof or in
protection or preservinq the property described in the foregoing
chattel mortqaqe, by suit or otherwiae, including a reasonable
attorney's fee of not less than 15 per cent of the full amount
then due hereunder if given after maturity to ar~ attorney for
collection or attention.
This note is identified with and secured by chattel mort-
gaqe of even date herewith coverinq certai.n personal property
au~d equipment thereon. Failure to pay this note, or any of the
installments thereof when due shall, at the option of the holder
hereof, mature all of said installments then unpaid. The par-
ties hereto, whether maker, security, or endorser, hereby waive
preaentment, demand, protest, and notice of non-payment; and
all endorsers and sureties 1lereby agree to any extensions of
the time of payment h ereof without notice to them of such e~c- '
tensions.
