14. The Grantor reserves to itself.the rnads and ways ahown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roadB or ways shown on Plat to public use or to convey same
to the 3tate. County or City or anq agency thereof.
16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions. the Grantor shall be entitled to apply ior relief
by injunction in addiNon to any other remedq and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein
shall not be deemed a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same, a prior, or subsequent breach,
and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restricHon herein.
16. All of the covenanta and restrlctiona shall remain in force until dsnuary 1, 2968, and shall be
automatlcxlty renewed for each 8 year period thereafter unlesa ownera of at least two-thirda of the lota in
the develc?pffient shall. at Ieast six months prior to any such renewal date, agree iri writing to a cbange in
or an abrngation of any of the above covenants, and recorda such wrlting so amending the atoresaid
