HOLMAN, Deceased, party of the first part and DORA BELLE HOLMAN,

Office Box 698, Vero Beach, Florida;

1966, pursuant to the Order of the County Judge t s Court ctf Indian .
River County, Florida, dated July 25, 1966, iny consideration of
the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations in hand paid grants, bargains, sells, ~
aliens, premises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of
