WAEREAS, the above described real estate has been de-

ferred to as the "Lease"; and
WHERF.AS, PALM BEACB, as a condition to making the afore-
said Mortgage Losn, has required an assigrmnent of the said Lease ;
as additional security for said Mortgage Loan;
NOW,THLREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and
of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar paid by PALM BEACH to OiWNER,
the receipt whereof ia hereby acknowledged'bq OWNER, the said
