(e) gr8nt any concession in c~nnection with said . Lease, either orally ar in writing; (f) consent to an assigmnent o£ the Lessee's interest in the said Lease, or to a sub- letting, whereby said Lessee would be re- lieved of l~ability under said Lease; (g) collect or accept~.payment of rent under the said Lease in advance, except as required to be paid in advance by the terms of said Lease. Any of the above acts, if done without thE written con- sent of PA~i BEAt~i, shall be null and void.
